TUNA CHILLI SALAD



INGREDIENTS

1 bag pre washed salad leaves
1 small or medium can tuna in oil with chilli
1 lemon

Tuna with chilli oil is my new favorite thing, but feel free to choose plain tuna if you aren’t up for a little spice. I like to use the oil from the tuna as a bit of dressing for the salad. By all means use tuna
in spring-water (drained) if you have a low fat fetish.

Place leaves in a medium bowl. Flake tuna and chilli oil onto the salad. Drizzle over lemon juice
and toss gently.
