Tips
Shrimps are an excellent source of selenium and unusually low-fat, low-calorie
protein. But they are high in cholesterol. Deveining shrimps correctly is
essential. Cooking shrimps too much would result in becoming dry and rubbery.
Typically a portion of Cajun shrimp rice is about 350 calories.
