Beef Stronanoff

Ingredients:

  •  1 medium Onion, chopped
  •  1 pound extra lean ground beef
  •  2 tablespoons whole wheat pastry flour
  •  1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
  •  1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  •  4 ounces sliced mushrooms (portabella preferred)
  •  10 3/4 ounces Organic Can Cream of Mushroom soup (Undiluted )
  •  8 ounces low fat sour cream
  •  Hot cooked noodles whole wheat fusilli noodles

Preparation:

Cook ground beef in a large skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat; drain. Sauté onion
and mushroom in skillet. Stir in flour and next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in soup.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream, and heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles.
